Having a healthy diet isn’t just about getting in your five a day, it’s about how food makes you feel. We all come from different backgrounds and have different lifestyles, which means there is no one size fits all when it comes to deciding what to eat. If food causes any kind of distress (which is very common in today’s society of diet culture), then it is not a healthy diet.
