Intuitive Eating is a framework with ten principles, such as rejecting diet culture, learning to tune in with your hunger and fullness signals, and the importance of food satisfaction. It can be a useful tool in helping you to improve your relationship with food and feel confident within yourself. As an intuitive eater this process can help you to learn about coping with your emotions with kindness.
