Intuitive Eating is a learning process, which involves tuning back into the body’s natural appetite signals, alongside unlearning potentially unhealthy restrictive eating patterns that have been picked up through dieting. It involves resetting so that you can eat to feel good without any food guilt, enjoy moving your body because it feels good, and tools to help cope with emotional eating.
